Alignment & Flow is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body while moving mindfully with breath awareness.

MINDFULNESS AND COMPASSION

Learn to let go

Slow down your racing thoughts, let go of negativity and train your mind to stay connected to the present moment. Developing compassion will help you to find a kinder and friendlier way to relate to yourself and others.

YIN YOGA

Surrender to Your Mat

Using mindful muscle relaxation, Yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy). Yin Yoga is a very meditative practice that slows down the body and cultivates inner silence. Grab a mat and whatever props you can find (cushions/bolsters, blankets, blocks/books) and relax into a soothing slow sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
