Somatic therapy is a body-centred approach that helps you regulate your nervous system and process emotional experiences through physical awareness. It’s especially helpful when talking alone hasn’t shifted patterns of anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm.
By gently tuning into sensations, breath, and body responses, we work together to release stored tension, build emotional resilience, and restore a sense of connection and calm.

How Is It Different from Talking Therapy?
Unlike traditional talk therapy, somatic therapy works with the body’s felt sense, not just thoughts or stories. You don’t need to explain everything — we focus on what’s happening in the present moment, helping your body feel safe, settled, and more in control.

What to Expect
Sessions are gentle, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. You’ll be guided through grounding practices, breath awareness, and simple movement (seated, lying down, or standing), with space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
